Taxes and duties are split evenly between the developer and the client. These include:

Thus, total taxes and duties for the client amount to 3.15% of the villa price, payable upon transfer. If purchasing through a leasehold title, the client will also be responsible for a land registration fee, 1.1% of the value of the land.
Ongoing expenses include a maintenance charge of 5,000 Baht per month per household which is used to preserve the development and to protect homeowners’ investments. The maintenance charge funds the following services:
Maintenance and staffing for the clubhouse; Maintenance and landscaping for all common areas;
Electricity and water for the clubhouse and all common areas;
Twenty-four hour development security;
Garbage removal and disposal.
Residents are invited to attend annual review meetings with the developer to assess service performance and upkeep.
Please note that residents are responsible for personal utility bills. |
